We are sorry that you were not satisfied with your product and understand that adjustments are sometimes necessary. Nonetheless, we want you to be satisfied with the experience.
Our return policy lasts 7 days from delivery. If 7 days have elapsed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unwashed, with tags and hygienic liner attached and in its original packaging. We do NOT accept items that have been worn, abused, altered, soiled, stained, washed, or damaged in any way. Please avoid getting makeup, deodorant, tanning cream, any bodily fluids, and other similar stains on items when trying on. Items received in such condition will be rejected.
IF SANITARY STRIP IS NOT ATTACHED TO SWIMSUIT, THE SWIMSUIT WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY BE REFUSED!
We strongly suggest you do not remove your underwear when you first try on garments until you are sure that the fit and style are to your liking.
In order to improve and address any issues, it's important that we understand what you didn't like about the product. What was the issue and how we can remedy it or improve for next time.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 7 days from delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a pre-paid return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
For convenience, tracking and faster return processing, a pre-paid, pre-addressed label will be provided. There will be a fixed fee of $9.95 for the prepaid label which will be deducted from your refund.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund, less the prepaid label fee, will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow at least 5-7 business days to show on your credit card.
Return shipments must arrive at our warehouse within 30 days of delivery.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will provide a pre-paid, pre-addressed label. A fixed shipping rate of $9.95 will be deducted charged.
If you're in a rush, we recommend ordering the new piece from our site and returning the original for a refund.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. Alternatively, should the gift giver return the product we will send a refund to the gift giver.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the prepaid label will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should get a receipt when dropping off the package. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
